After closing out the end of 2024 with the emotional hit “ค้าง (STILL)”, which stirred a wave of heartfelt loneliness among listeners, GEMINI (Naruvisut Thiticharoenrak) begins 2025 with a gentle new love story through his latest single, “What If.”

The song explores the quiet questions that arise when friendship begins to blossom into something more — with GEMINI himself taking part in writing the track. He also invites the stunning Mint Ranrarwee Ueakoolwarawat to star in the music video, adding warmth and chemistry to the visual narrative.

Further elevating the single is the involvement of acclaimed musician Tor Saksit Vejsupaporn, who serves as the song’s producer and performs the piano accompaniment, creating a beautifully refined emotional atmosphere.

Speaking about the creative process, GEMINI shared:

What If’ is a song I wrote a long time ago, though I couldn’t remember all the lyrics back then. When I filmed the show Piano & I with P’ Tor, it sparked something in me — it made me want to write again. So for this song, P’ Tor came on as producer and also played the piano. I felt very excited and truly honored. His presence made the song feel complete and incredibly warm.

The story reflects two close friends who slowly grow feelings for each other. It’s that moment of wondering: ‘If one day we loved each other for real… what would it be like? Would it be the best thing, if my heart could belong to you too?’

In the music video, Mint joined as the lead actress. The MV follows two best friends on a birthday trip, s every small moment that shows how their relationship shifts into something deeper. Filming was fun, and the atmosphere on set was full of warmth — which you can really feel in the final visuals. I truly hope everyone watches it. And thank you to Mint — even though it was our first time working together, everything turned out wonderfully.
