Loved by DIMERS for their authenticity, talent, and powerful stage presence, 2nd Dimension continues to grow with every step they take. Their music resonates deeply, not just through sound but through stories and emotion.
In this special written interview, we get to hear directly from the members as they share their thoughts, challenges, and heartfelt messages for the fans who support them in every dimension.
Can you introduce yourselves and share one word that best describes your personality?
We’re 2nd Dimension! You can call us ‘2D’ or ‘Second’ in short. We gather people with diverse characteristics who are passionate in various music genres including Electronic Dance, Pop, Hip-hop, and much more to explore! ‘Jamjam’, ‘Sky’, ‘Ninoey’, ‘Nearly’, ‘Chompu’, and ‘Sunsun’, our members will rock you with our fascinating performances. If you let us choose one word to describe us, it would be ‘Perseverance’ for sure 😉

What does the name 2nd Dimension mean to you?
2nd Dimension is a group of people gathering and chasing dreams in the ‘second dimension’ while we are still juggling daily lives in the ‘first dimension’.
How did you first come together as a group?
It started with ‘Sky’, our member who graduated from a former idol girl group and she believed that her talent and passion through music still exists in the back of her mind. Therefore, she decided to choose the new path in her own way by establishing ‘2nd Dimension’ in the collaboration with our producer ‘Kanth’ who was also passionate about music and sought for the first generation together from scratch.
What inspired your debut single “Welcome to 2nd Dimension”?
We wanted it to feel like an invitation—like saying, “Come join us in this dimension where we all can vibe together” for both members and fans.
Can you walk us through your creative process—do members get involved in lyrics, choreography, or concepts?
– For our first song “Welcome to 2nd Dimension”, members mostly helped out with the choreography and costumes. But for the songs after that, we started getting more involved in different parts of the process, depending on the track.
Which of your songs do you feel represents the group’s identity the most?
Definitely “Welcome to 2nd Dimension”, this song significantly points out our music genre and who we are as a group.
What was the biggest challenge you faced during training or preparing for debut?
For the 1st single “Welcome to 2nd Dimension”, there were high notes to sing, rap parts to perform, and on top of that we had to dance—doing it all at once was really tough!
Can you share a fun or memorable behind-the-scenes moment from a music video shoot or performance?
When we filmed the MV for “Echoes,” everyone worked so hard—members and staff—that during short breaks, some of us literally knocked out and slept right on the floor. (laughs)

How do you support each other when times get stressful?
We listen, cheer each other up, and give some honest advices. It really helps knowing you’ve got people who understand.
What do you want your fans Dimers to feel when listening to your music?
Basically, we want them to just enjoy the beats and vibe with it. Then, we hope they’ll dive deeper into the lyrics and the meaning behind each song.
Is there a message you’d like to share directly with your fans right now?
Thank you so much to everyone who has been supporting us—we couldn’t do this without you!
If fans could only watch one live performance of yours, which one should it be and why?
Our debut stage of “Echoes” at “The 3rd Resonant”. We practiced so much and put everything we had into it. Plus, we brought all the lessons from past performances into that stage—it really shows how far we’ve come.
Where do you see 2nd Dimension in the next 3–5 years?
We’d love to perform on “The First Take” someday, and for more people around the world to know our music.
Are there any artists—Thai or international—you’d like to collaborate with?
F.HERO for sure
What new concepts or styles do you want to try in the future?
We want to drop a track that’s super Trap and super Drill with outfits that are ridiculously cute. The contrast would be so amusing and so unique.
