For people meeting VINII for the first time, how would you describe
the group’s identity?

VINII is a group that moves forward with intention.

We carry not only strength, but also frustration and fears—and we put
all of those real emotions into our performances as we keep moving
ahead.

What is your most unforgettable moment from BLACK & WHITE?

Definitely the final evaluation.
It was the moment when every member collided with each other with full honesty—our frustration, respect, and determination all came out.

That moment became the true starting point of VINII.

As a pre-debut group, what kind of image do you want to show?

We want people to feel our driving energy and the heat of our live performances.

Because we’re still growing, that rapid growth itself is part of our charm.

What does “KILL THIS SILENCE” represent to you?

It represents the will to break silence and push past your own limits.

This song is VINII’s starting dash—every time I hear it, it sets my
heart on fire.

What performance style represents VINII?

Dance × strong expressions × raw live energy.

We want to showcase performances that are fully unleashed and create
moments on stage where we can completely free ourselves.

Who usually takes the lead in styling or creative direction?

We all share ideas together, including our staff.

VINII is something we build by repeatedly breaking and reconstructing
our concepts.

Any behind-the-scenes stories from making “KILL THIS SILENCE” or the showcase?

During the MV shoot for KTS, I happened to ride in the same car as Tyla.

She remembered that I love sweet-potato latte, and even though it was around 5 a.m., she bought one for me.

I was so surprised and happy that I still remember how excited I got.
Surprise + joy = emotion! (laughs)

How have you grown since joining VINII?

The members inspire me constantly, and that’s helped me grow a lot.
Especially Saki—she always talks with me about what VINII could
become, practices with me for hours, and teaches me vocals all the
time.

I’m truly grateful to her.

How do you stay motivated on difficult days?

By imagining myself standing on stage, and imagining the moment I get to meet our fans.

What lesson from BLACK & WHITE helps you the most now?

“To never run away from your own weaknesses.”
The more you face them, the deeper your expression becomes.
That period was truly a treasure for me.
