Tilly Birds makes a powerful return with “The Wall”, the first single from their highly anticipated fourth studio album, “VIVIDPALACE”. Marking the beginning of a bold new era, the band embraces a heavier, more cinematic sound, blending explosive rock with the grandeur and  emotional intensity of musical theater.

“The Wall” tells the story of a man who becomes a prisoner of his own memories, choosing to lock himself inside the walls built by a past love. It is the opening chapter of “VIVIDPALACE”, a 13-track concept album that follows a man escaping reality into a dream world of his own creation. There, he buries the pain of heartbreak, believing that one day someone will come to set him free. As the story unfolds, he ultimately realizes that the power to dream—and to heal—has always existed within himself.

Bringing the narrative to life, lead vocalist Third stars as “Dreamer #0448” in the music video for “The Wall.” He portrays a stage actor trapped inside a sealed-off world, unable to escape the prison of his own mind. The visual perfectly mirrors the song’s emotional core, capturing the struggle between isolation and hope.

Musically, “The Wall” is driven by sweeping, cinematic arrangements crafted by Billy (guitarist) and Milo (drummers). Grand orchestration, powerful guitar work, and dynamic shifts carry listeners from crushing despair to an uplifting release, mirroring the emotional journey at the heart of the story.
