One of Thailand’s most captivating rising stars, GAWIN (Gawin Caskey), continues to showcase his versatility as both an actor and singer as he officially steps into a new chapter, making his debut as the newest artist under RISER MUSIC.

Marking this milestone, GAWIN unveils his first single, “จำใจ” (Gone Away), an emotional Acoustic Pop track infused with R&B influences. The song tells the heartbreaking story of a love that must come to an end despite the feelings that still remain, capturing the pain of letting go even when your heart refuses to move on.

Adding even more emotional depth to the release, talented actress Bonnie Pattraphus Borattasuwan stars in the music video, delivering a heartfelt performance that beautifully complements the song’s poignant narrative.

Following the completion of the project, GAWIN shared his thoughts:

‘Gone Away’ (จำใจ) is my very first single as a recording artist, and I’m incredibly happy and excited because it marks the beginning of a new chapter in my journey. It’s a challenge I’ve wholeheartedly embraced, and I’ve given my all to every step of the process to make this debut as meaningful as possible.

The song blends Acoustic Pop with R&B and tells the story of a love trapped in an endless cycle. Deep down, you want to hold on and move forward together, but no matter how hard you try, the destination never changes. Eventually, you reach the painful moment of accepting reality and finding the strength to let go—even though your heart still loves that person completely.

It’s an emotional and deeply heartfelt song, and I’m so grateful that Bonnie joined us as the female lead in the music video. Filming was a wonderful experience, and Bonnie delivered such a natural and moving performance that brought the story to life beautifully. Everything came together so smoothly, and I truly hope listeners can connect with the emotions behind the song.
