Switching gears from a rock-inspired image to a more vulnerable, secret-crush persona, NANON (Korapat Kirdpan)—a multi-talented artist under RISER MUSIC—returns to reaffirm his versatility in the T-POP scene with his latest single, “What’s Wrong?” (ผิดมากไหม).

In this release, NANON fully showcases his artistry by taking on multiple roles, from writing both lyrics and melody to producing the track himself. Adding to the excitement, the project features a special collaboration with actress Tu Tontawan Tantivejakul as the female lead, alongside rising actor Tee Teeradej Vitheepanich from GMMTV. Together, they bring to life a complex and emotionally charged story of a relationship filled with tension and ambiguity, portrayed through both a short film and music video crafted with great care by NANON himself. The short film premiered during the special event, “NANON ‘What’s Wrong?’ Movie Night.”

Reflecting on his dual role behind and in front of the scenes, NANON shared:
> “Since my first day working with RISER MUSIC, I’ve felt that this single truly challenged me. From conceptualizing the idea to writing the lyrics and melody, and even producing the track myself—every step was demanding before it became the song you hear today. In my previous singles, fans often saw me in a rock-inspired image, but this time, I wanted to switch things up and present a ‘secret crush’ concept through ‘What’s Wrong?’
The challenge was expressing deep emotions through vocals and delivering the song’s heavy narrative. It’s about when closeness turns into feelings that go beyond ‘just friends,’ leading to hesitation between keeping it hidden or confessing. What would you do when you can’t choose either path? It was definitely a tough project.
I’m also very grateful to have Tu as the female lead—she’s incredibly talented—and Tee, my friend from GMMTV, who helped elevate the emotional depth of both the short film and music video. Watching the short film together with fans at the ‘What’s Wrong?’ Movie Night was such an exciting experience. Please support my new song, especially if you’ve ever had a secret crush on a friend. What would you choose? Let’s find the answer together through this song.”
